Session info: Player Phase Development Sessions are designed for young players who are ready to take the next step in their football journey. These sessions focus on enhancing technical ability, improving game understanding, and building strong training habits.
Players work on more advanced skills such as first touch, ball mastery, passing combinations, dribbling under pressure, shooting technique, and positional awareness. Sessions also introduce tactical concepts appropriate to the age group, helping players learn how to make better decisions, understand space, and contribute effectively within a team.
While still enjoyable and engaging, Development Sessions have a stronger emphasis on progress, discipline, and meaningful challenge, giving players the opportunity to grow in confidence and prepare for higher levels of play. The environment remains supportive and encouraging, helping each player reach their potential while maintaining a love for the sport.
