Session info: Girls Only Sessions provide a fun, supportive, and empowering environment designed specifically for girls of all abilities. These sessions focus on developing football skills while building confidence, teamwork, and a strong sense of belonging within the sport.

Players work on a wide range of technical skills such as dribbling, passing, ball control, shooting, and small-sided game understanding. Activities are engaging and inclusive, encouraging creativity, communication, and positive peer interactions.

The atmosphere is friendly and inspiring, allowing girls to learn at their own pace, grow their love for football, and feel confident expressing themselves on the pitch. Coaches emphasise encouragement, participation, and progression, ensuring every player is valued and supported.
