Ben Cummins is a qualified sports massage practitioner and third year Sports Therapy and Rehabilitation BSc (Hons) Teesside University student. Whether it is a one off session or treatment programme, Ben creates tailored treatment plans alongside each client. This enables him to maximise the customer experience and incorporate his excellent knowledge of human anatomy and physiology into each treatment. Ben has a keen personal interest in fitness and nutrition and has first-hand experience of the benefits that sports massage can bring to develop performance.
